By placing an order with Ande Designs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your order. Orders are not considered final until payment is received. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Since each order is custom-made, all payments are non-refundable once production has begun.

Production & Turnaround Time

Our production timeline begins once final proofs are approved. Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of your order and our current workload. Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided, but we cannot guarantee exact dates due to potential delays beyond our control.

Proof Approval & Changes

You will receive a digital proof for review before printing. It is your responsibility to carefully check all details, including spelling, dates, and layout. Once approved, no further changes can be made, and Ande Designs is not responsible for any errors.

If you wish to make changes after approval, additional fees may apply depending on the stage of production. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.

Customisation & Materials

Our semi-custom designs allow you to personalise elements such as colours, shapes, and layouts within the options provided. We print on high-quality materials, and while we strive for consistency, slight variations in colour may occur due to printing processes and screen display differences.

Delivery & Pick-Up

We offer shipping and local pickup options. If your order is being shipped, we will provide tracking details, but Ande Designs is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once the package has been handed over to the courier.

For local pickup, please handle your items with care. Once collected, we are not liable for any damage that occurs in transit.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you receive the wrong item or a product with a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will assess a resolution, which may include a reprint or credit.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. If materials have already been ordered or work has started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Photography & Marketing

We may photograph your stationery for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media. If you prefer that your designs remain private, please let us know when placing your order.
